In many instances, these applicants are left with little to no options until they fix what is needed for them to secure a mortgage. Crescent changes that by offering an alternative route to homeownership that gets traditionally unqualified applicants into the home of their choice (with cash offers) and works to have them qualified as soon as possible.

Qualified Clients Within 2 Years

Our program works to have your clients approved with you for financing within two years. We can recommend credit repair and other services that will help them fix what is needed for approval. The two year cutoff for our program incentivizes clients to secure financing as soon as possible, and within the two year period. We work closely with each loan officer throughout the entire lease process to put your denied clients in the best position to succeed.
