As you may have heard, thousands of residents in Boulder County, Colorado lost their homes to devastating fires last month in one of the most destructive wildfires in state history. This catastrophe has left thousands of families displaced from their homes with almost nothing.
While there has been a great effort of donations and volunteer help within the last month from the community for short term needs, Crescent Capital Holdings is also vowing to do our part in helping these families. We want to help the Boulder fire victims looking for long-term housing solutions by offering our lease purchase program .
We are reducing deposits and waiving fees so that these families can get into a home as soon as possible. Our program will allow them to pick the home they want and rent that home until they recover and are able to get insurance settled to eventually purchase that home.
